Abstract
Humans have made a significant impact on the world. The built environment, agriculture, transportation, consumption, they all have their share in this impact. This research aims to find viable alternatives for carbon capture and utilization for small biomass plants that go beyond supplying CO2 to greenhouses. The research shows that carbon capture and utilization can potentially be beneficial, both from the perspective of society and the business perspective. The high level of uncertainty, following from assumptions and estimations necessary during the research, limits the power of this claim.
